Admission Application

Applications for fall of 2026 are now available with a deadline of March. Check back soon for more information.

1. Take the ACT and use the ACT high school code (8139) to have scores sent directly to OSSM.
2. Create an online application account that will be announced in September.
3. Request recommendations from their math, science, and English teachers.
4. Request a recommendation from a school counselor or principal.
5. Write essays that highlight your unique strengths and aspirations.
6. Provide a parent/guardian statement.
7. Upload your most recent high school transcript.
