Coming this Summer!

The Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics (OSSM) middle school math contest is going virtual. A free math contest for all Oklahoma students in grades 6, 7 and 8 during the 2020-2021 school year, promotes mathematics skills above the regular classroom and is a vehicle into the world of “contest math.”

On Tuesday, June 29 (10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.) the 60-minute test will consist of problems based on the Oklahoma Department of Education’s middle school mathematics standards. Competing against one another in one large pool, the three top-scoring individuals from each grade will be recognized.

Students must be registered online to compete. The registration deadline is Friday, June 25. Click on the button to the right to register. All students will take the same test.

If your child loves mathematics and higher learning, join us on Tuesday, June 29.
