    EQUIPMENT
The state-of-the art weight room features treadmills, recumbent bikes, an elliptical machine, weight machines, a rowing machine, and several other new pieces of equipment for a challenging workout.  Most students vary their daily workouts to include all of the equipment at least once a week.  A variety of videos and DVD training programs allow students to pace themselves through modern approaches to fitness.
